Terramar® Lifetime Warranty

Our mission is to provide everyone with best-in-class base layers, products, that give you freedom and confidence to explore life a nature but even the best materials have a lifespan and will eventually degrade. 

What does Lifetime Warranty mean?

Under the Terramar Lifetime Warranty, in the case of a manufacturing defect, we will issue a replacement or in select cases, store credit. Replacements will be for same style and size if available, otherwise a Terramar associate will replace it for another similar product.

Materials and fibers do have a lifespan, which is why products that have experienced wear and tear from normal use will not be considered as eligible for this guarantee.

This Terramar Lifetime Warranty covers Terramar products sold through authorized resellers (online and retailers) or purchased through terramarsports.com.

Terramar does not offer repairs. 

Some states, provinces of Canada or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above time limitation may not apply to you.

What is not covered by the warranty policy?

The Terramar Lifetime Warranty does not cover anything other than a defect in material or workmanship. Requests due to normal wear and tear will not be covered under this warranty.

Misuse, neglect, theft or damage caused by accidents or natural disasters will not be covered under this guarantee.
