Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days after receiving your package.

Terms: 

• The return shipping fees of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund 
• Shipping fees will be waived for exchange and store credits 
• Any purchases made through another retailer are non-refundable 
• Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns 
• For hygienic reasons underwear is final sale 
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and charged 15% for processing 
• Items must be in the same condition as received (unused, unwashed, hangtags in-tact, etc)

A shipping label and instructions will be sent to you by email within 2 business days for eligible returns.
